We had the quietest dinner the other night.

Cameron was in a time out and decided to take a nap and Jadyn wasn't feeling well and fell asleep watching TV. The silence was amazing!

More Skiing

I am pleased to report that skiing was a SUCCESS!! Keith and I fully expected to leave the hill after a max of 2 hours with wimpy, whiny kids. But we were there from 10-3:30.

We got our rental gear and headed to the bunny hill.


But they soon got bored of the magic carpet and wanted to go up the chair lift. I was more nervous than them but we gave it a try. Cameron made it for one run and Jadyn and I did about 10 runs total.

Jadyn was screaming "go faster Mommy" and "take me in the trees on those jumps". So I took her on some of the exterior "jumps" as you can't snow plow through the trees.

They only skiied in between my legs, but next time I think maybe Jadyn might get good enough to try it on her own.

An Awesome Day Skating At Camp Chief Hector

Matt and Alie invited us out for a day of skating. They had the bon fire going, they cleared the pond and we roasted some hot dogs. It was awesome!!

The kids were pretty good sports, but they got cold pretty quick.

Cameron was asleep before we left the parking lot.

Jadyn is finally in a booster seat in the car, no more car seat. YAY!!

Happy Birthday to Daddy!!

Keith took the day off work and we went swiming and to a kids play place. Then he made his own b-day supper.

Then my AWESOME cousin Cheryl came through for us and we were able to have a kid free dinner out with friends at the Keg. After a short 2hr 15min wait in the lounge we enjoyed a delicious meal.
